Excellent Service!
Juan called me first thing this morning to give me an approximate arrival time and asked if I had received two parts necessary to fix my washing machine. His professionalism impressed me. Juan was efficient, knowledgeable, and capably fixed my washer. After 14 days without a washing machine, I am most grateful for Juan's expertise!

I have to say, i have never had anyone explain how a washing machine works to this extent before. I was really grateful for how much he knew about it, tips on how to get the best wash, amount of items to load, soap, literally didn't miss a thing. I wish every service provider was like Mychael. Truly!!! He's a gem!! Also, just so kind, professional and thorough.
