Frank showed up when expected and when what was originally planned turned out to be wrong went the extra mile to check what was actually wrong and fixed it with as little fuss as possible. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with.

It was very pleasant and he explained everything patiently so now I know what to expect. I'll wait a little while cause it isn't expensive part that I need so I'm going to save up a little bit of money lol thank you for the prompt to PS the lady that took my order. I could barely understand her English. I don't mean to be mean, but that is the truth and it was exasperating.
