Juan was polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the out of balance issue on our washing machine. He determined what the problem was and fixed it quickly. An overall good experience with sears repair and glad Juan was sent to us.

Juan was our service technician and asked what the problem was and we told him that the dryer was not drying properly. He checked and he needed to replace the thermostat and he checked that the lint outtake that goes outside was clogged. He told care of both problems in a quick manner. He was very knowledgeable and polite.
