After the 4th try to get a technician to come out I found it was worthwhile because when Bernando finally came I was very pleased with the work he did. He contacted me to let me know when he would be at my house. He was very thorough with cleaning the dishwasher. It was in bad shape in many areas such as the filter was clogged and 4 other areas. I was surprised it was so dirty since the appliance was serviced yearly by Sears under the previous protection agreement. He told me there tablets available for cleaning dishwashers

Well our fridge can NOT be fixed, but Mr. Gagik was so nice in explaining everything. Now sadly we have ONLY purchased Sears products since we married in 1974, so next month is our 50th. We met both working at Sears catalog pick up. But sadly since all the Kenmore brand is made in China, and the quality is VERY SUBSTANDARD, we have had NOTHING but trouble with this refrigerator and.; We are DONE WITH Sears JUNK. We are so so SORRY to say that. Thank You, Jan & Cathy Harde

Andrey is simply amazing. He knows exactly what parts are needed even the not so obvious parts like replacement screws. Apparently when opening up the range cover some screws are already melted and needed to be forcefully removed making it unusable when returning the range cover. He already foreknew this will happen and ordered the parts. Simply amazing.
