Manuel is SUPER AWESOME
Whenever I'm lucky enough to have Manuel (Manny) come to our residence to troubleshoot our washer, I'm always amazed at his quick work in troubleshooting the problem and quickly resolving the problem. He's also very kind, funny, and professional towards me and I'm always happy to see him whenever we schedule a repair appointment. Please give him a 30% raise, he deserves it.

Very Knowledgeable
Lucy was on time and was able to show me what was wrong with my dishwasher. She didn't need to replace anything or order any parts . She also gave us advice on how to maintain it and clean the drain pipe and drain hole in our sink because that was causing a clog and wouldn't let the dishwasher water drain completely.
