It’s a ripoff prices. Over charging for parts when u can order them yourself in cheaper prices which is normal prices. They over charge parts because it’s their logo slapped on. Stay woken people. This is why sears been losing business!

Technician did not resolve the issues, instead told me that he “cannot fix what he cannot see” while I explained and shows him the pictures.

Tech didn’t fix the problem all he did was vacuum the dust and told us wait 4 hours for the refrigerator to work, I told him the problem and never took apart to the problem now my food is gone to waste.

Sears not up to par on agreements they promised to send 2 technicians when other technician cancelled due to stack washer and dryer. They never showed up very disappointed in warranty service. Been without washer on 2 week : (
