Jose was great. He diagnosed the problem which was misdiagnosed by a previous Sears Tech. He also tried to ensure that I receive a refund for the money I had already spent on the misdiagnosis & unnecessary parts. (I did not receive any refund until I was finally able to talk to a billing agent after I was to find a phone number that was missing from all of Sears many e-mails to me.)
