I’ll let you know in a week or 2 when the washer has gone through multiple cycles. So far so good but I don’t want to say it’s good work and then the pump starts to leak. The technician seems to know how to do his job. I’ll give him 5 stars preliminary but that could change. I give him credit for coming on Christmas Eve. It was late in the evening, he could have just gone home and called it a day.

Jose did an Excellent Job. He serviced My washer and dryer and My Refrigerator all in one day in less than 40 min. He cleaned them good like no one else have done. Thank you Sears. And this man wore a cane yet he did a great job, was very meticulous. We appreciated him.
