Mr. Manuel properly identified himself and was respectful of our property. Mr. Manuel was very courteous, friendly, and presented himself well and professionally himself well. Mr. Manuel listened to our Dryer machine issue and was able to fix the problem effectively and efficiently. He was able to explain to us what the issue was. We are very thankful that Mr. Manuel came prepared with the equipment/parts to have what was necessary to fix the issue on this visit. We completely and highly recommend and request that Mr. Manuel be the Technician to assist us if we need any further service with our appliances. A Great Big Thank you to Mr. Manuel. Mr. Manuel represents your company very well. If anyone that joins the Sears Home company, is trained like Mr. Manuel or by Mr. Manuel that would be a great asset. Great Job Mr. Manuel, Thank you!!!!
