I called Sears to have my washing repaired. He ordered the part and we set up the appointment to repair the machine. When he came back the part didn’t fit. He told me that a refund would be sent. I didn’t receive it. I called Sears and was told they would receive the refund. I waited and no refund. I called again and was I wouldn’t receive the deposit. I am 73 and old and on a budget.
