Good news:my dryer is fixed. Bad news: I have to find someone to reconnect my vent so I still can’t use my dryer. Just to be clear this is a reflection of company policy not the person who provided the service. Luckily, I have a husband who is “muy chingon” who will reconnect it for me. But what if I didn’t? I pay a monthly fee for the service plus a $100 deductible. It’s not cheap so it should be more full service.

Technician was nice and replaced ice-maker parts. UNFORTUNATELY, the ice-maker is still not working (at all). I need a technician to come figure out why the replacement parts aren't working. Your prompt and professional service will be greatly appreciated.

Jose was great, 5 stars. He diagnosed the problem which was misdiagnosed by a previous Sears Tech. He also tried to ensure that I receive a refund for the money I had already spent on the misdiagnosis & unnecessary parts. Sears did not send me the refund. I did not receive any refund until I was finally able to talk to a billing agent after I was able to find a phone number that was missing from all of Sears many e-mails to me.

The gentlemen who came and fixed our washer machine is the absolute worst. Probably the Worst customer servíce and so rude. Very judgementle on what brands of detergent we use. Theres many ways on how some one can kindly recommend things, ontop of complaining that he is here again. He Stated he does not like dealing with people like us. My point is of someone does not like their Job, switch Jobs!

It’s a ripoff prices. Over charging for parts when u can order them yourself in cheaper prices which is normal prices. They over charge parts because it’s their logo slapped on. Stay woken people. This is why sears been losing business!
