We have had t wo repairmen out to fix my 2010 Kenmore washer in the last few weeks. It is still not spinning or draining properly. I am surprised that the Sears warranty process is so incompetent. I had been one of your most vocal supporters. Claire Gentry.

My most recent service visit to install a new panel on my Kenmore dryer was done quickly and efficiently. The service technician contacted to inform me that he was on his way and arrived within 15 minutes of his call. I have used Sears service for a very long time and have never been unsatisfied with their service.
