After 2 rescheduled appointments - NOT Mark's fault - the third time was the charm. Mark was professional, friendly and knowledgeable! On his first day he thoroughly checked my refrigerator and determined there was a leak in the ice maker. He ordered the necessary part and explained how the part would be sent to me and scheduled an appointment to install the part once it was delivered. The part came sooner than expected and my appointment was moved up. Fortunately, Mark was assigned my appointment. He arrived at the start of my appointed time and installed the new part quickly and efficiently. Mark went above and beyond by noticing the ice container button was not connecting and took the time to check it and quickly fix the spring. He also took the time to show me how to clean the filter under the fridge so it stays colder. Excellent tech! Thanks, Mark, I truly appreciate you!!

Raj was very professional, expedient, knowledgeable, and I have no issues with his service at all. He was great. I do have issues with Sears's service protocols and quality of products though, I would not want anyone else to go through what I did with my refrigerator. I will not buy Kenmore again.
