This tech was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He went over and beyond his job to make sure everything was in good working order. My machine is running great! It has not ran this good since I purchased it back in 2000. The other tech did not seem to care. This tech did a great job.

The repairs went well. I was able to get an appointment within a 2 day time frame. The repair person arrived within the designated time period. I was happy and satisfied with the experience.

I had a microwave from Sears from 2003...it was working fine until the heating element/glass table inside was not spinning or heating food. First tech was very thorough with testing and stayed about 2 hours to figure it out even though I am sure he had a heavy schedule. He thought it could be one of two items (motherboard, latch for door and possibly another type of fuse) and ordered all the parts. The second tech figured out that it did not have to do with the motherboard, rotating engine or the latch for door..just 1 or 2 fuses. It was fixed and very happy to have such technically trained staff go the 11th mile. Also, the fact that I could set up an appt with tech 1 right there was great...I was hoping he would be the one to return but Nick came instead and problem appears to be solved.
