Finally, after two years of owning this dishwasher, a Sears repairman figured out why my top-rack dishes were not being cleaned. The lever (the long stick) on top was missing the rubber closure, which meant I had no water pressure on top all this time. Thank you to that technician who figured that out after having several repair visits! For the first time, I have not had to rewash the top-rack cups and plates.

Unfortunately I cannot recall the name of the person who took care of my dishwasher = at the moment - he was so good that I will ask for him again. I have to search for his name and did not want to hold this up. Thank you. Esther Joseph

This was a very pleasant experience with perfect results. Jeff and Omar were professional and very knowledgable. They explained the possible causes of the problem, and explained very clearly the process used to resolve the problem. Should any of my Sears appliances require technical attention, will request that Jeff and Omar be the team that comes out to service the the appliance.

The technician was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

Everything was great serviceman was upfront ,to the point had everything ,checked and serviced within 15 minutes,did a great job
