I have a "casement" window installation for the A/C unit I purchased and had installed by Sears. I maintain a Sears Maintenance Plan/Agreement on this unit and find that it's a very good value. This plan includes an annual preventive maintenance visit & cleaning which I just had performed a month ago in anticipation of the hot summer weather. The service technician arrived within the scheduled appointment window and performed a thorough inspection of my unit, which included cleaning all of its filters. Thank you, Sears!!
