Yearly maintenance was done on washer Serviceman was on time, courteous and efficient. Dryer was also checked and cleaned. He even replaced the broken handle which I was unable to put on.

John our repairman was very helpful. He helped us better understand what the problem might be with our washing machine. We were waiting for parts to be replaced at this point. Replacement was successful and our machine is working fine.
