Changed my reviewing again. After the tech left yesterday, my dryer is not hot. I had to make another appointment. Tech was supposed to come between 8am-12pm. He calls at 11:35am and tells me since it’s a re-call to call Sears so I won’t get charged another diagnostic fee since they were just here, but the appointment would change to later afternoon. Sears only has robocall & I was unable to get a live person so I decided to keep my appointment, no changes made. It’s now 3pm and my appointment still shows estimated arrival at 11:35am. It has not updated. Chat doesn’t let me get access to a live person either. I’ve tried both avenues 5 times. EDIT: I guess it depends on the tech. The 3rd tech was awesome! He was in and out in 5 minutes. Apparently, the 1st tech didn’t hook something back up for the heat, so he didn’t charge me since it was their mistake. Had the 1st tech returned after I called him, I wouldn’t have gone through all the headache. He made me call for another appointment, thus the runaround. I’m going to blame him for the seesaw reviews.
