The repair man was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would have gave sears five star but the service man was late. However he did call before the appointment time to inform me that he was running later than my appointment window of 8am-12pm.

Very good

The technician was on time and professional. He did a thorough exam of my fridge and asked questions as he explained what he was doing. He found no functional problem and suggested what to do to prevent further issues. This as opposed to a non Sear's handyman who had proclaimed the problem was the "chip" and recommended a costly repair!

Great service. Would have given 5 stars, but had to wait 2 weeks for a part. Other than that, all went smoothly. Thank you.

The repair man did a fast and efficient job

So far so good. The washing machine was repaired that day. Tenants have not complained about it.
