Service was perfect. I deducted one star because it took more than 1 week to get the service. This was on a purchased warranty. If I were paying they would have come out immediately. Doesn't seem right.

I was told it would take 3 weeks for someone to come out to fix our refrigerator that is not working. Someone finally came out to fix it and had to order parts...its been 2 weeks and I havent heard from them. I called sears to follow up and they could not give me an answer but asked me to call the outside service vendor that was used. They gave me the phone number and it was disconnected. Update: Someone from the overflow dept took charge and helped us get someone to come out and fix the problem the next day.
