5 star to the repair technician, James but No star to your customer service. We are scheduled from 1 - 5 pm but repair tech. did not arrive until almost 7:30 pm due to being scheduled for more calls that he can possible do in a day. Sears customer service or call center should have notified us so that we will not have to be waiting from 1 pm to 7:30 pm

I'm more than happy my dryer was fixed after waiting almost 2 weeks for my appointment to arrive and $80 spend at the laundry-mat. The repair engineer was also late. My appointment was from 8am to 12pm. He called me around 11:30 am to tell me my new appointment time was from 1 pm to 3 pm.

The technician had no idea how to pull the dishwasher out, and insisted I had put in flooring after the dishwasher had been installed, therefore rendering it immobile. When I explained the mechanism for getting it out, he argued with me. Finally convinced him. He pulled the dishwasher out and repaired the problem. Sears, it seems, is getting worse about how long it will be before you can get an appointment. I am increasingly frustrated with their maintenance policies.

did the repair but felt like the technician was in a hurry and didn't want to address other issues I had concerns with. Now I have to schedule another repair date as my fridge is still not working
