Service was great. The two men were professional, services the vents and everything else. It was a pleasure to have them here.

I loved our service for our Dishwasher. Even tho it is old we kept up the Sears Warranty and are extremely happy we did. We got more than we bargained for. Virginia from South Gate, CA.

washer, dryer, & range, the tech that came was very professional and went above and beyond , thank you, as it was very important to me as my parents are elderly and i want to make sure they appliances are working ok

The tech phoned me 30 min. before arrival. He made the repair and explained to me and showed me (on the defective part), what was done to resolve the issue. I have had 3 other appliances serviced by Sears in the past month. BTW, they were not Sears' products. This is for various kitchen appliances in an apt bldg. The techs all followed the same protocol and all showed up on the early side of the window-of-time that was given to me when I scheduled the appt. The convenience of being able to order service online or by phone works well for everyone.

Service technician was excellent. Diagnosed problem within a few minutes, but had to order a part. Came back same day with the part and replaced it really fast. All service calls should be this painless.
