The last experience I had with the service department was very quick. the repairman came in and could tell automatically what the problem was, and had the part replaced in less than 10 minutes!

The service was much better this time around, because the problem was fixed. It was my second appointment in 3 weeks for the same problem. The first technician wasn't able to pinpoint the problem, but the second one was and now it works beautifully. Definitely recommend that the Protection Agreement for every appliance. Especially refrigerators.
