The tech, George, really knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem within minutes where it had taken a prior service tech (not from Sears) over an hour and then he didn't really come back with a diagnosis. Follow up was amazing - arrived when he said he would, was in phone contact to give updates on parts and then showed up and installed the failed part. Washer is like new again. Couldn't ask for better service.

This is not the correct name of the technician that provided my service. I think his name was Jesus but I'm not sure....I am positive it was not Harry Jones.
