There was a lot of confusion over the ordering of parts and arrival time of the technician, but repairs were done quickly. It is very inconvenient to have two visits, one to diagnose and order the part and a second to install.

We've had our dryer for a long time and have an extended warranty and when the Sears guys shows up he always takes care of the problem and has a good attitude to boot.
