A rodent chewed a hole in the water supply hose to our Kenmore dishwasher. The repairman was prompt, efficient and friendly, with good advice on how to prevent the same thing from happening again. The only downside was that it was an expensive repair

to see the words "Loved it" for a service call seems like an elementary school age person wrote this .. unless there was sex involved, which there was NOT.. so this coming from Sears is surprising....
