This was the same problem with my water heater that occurred two years ago. It was the same Technician and he was excellent, efficient and thorough with the repair. Unfortunately, the design flaw keeps causing me to call and he to return.

The repair person was friendly and speedy and tested the temperature to make certain the air conditioner was functioning properly. The only problem is he couldn't fix the rattling noise that the front panel was making. I asked him to fix it and he said it was the installer that should have done it. I didn't like that answer. So with little pieces of cardboard it appears to stop some of the rattling. Ridiculous for a $1,000 machine. Not good Customer Service.
