They answer the call and do try to help but the appointment and service part is disconnected. Meaning if you make an appointment you have to call them to confirm on changes. I recently had a fridge go bad, schedule a diagnostics check and found out the part was covered by warranty but not the labor. The tech ordered the part and we schedule his return the following week. The part arrived and then the day came to get it installed and no one showed up. I called the following Monday and they told me that I was supposed to call them that the part had already arrived. Now, HTH am I supposed to know that when we already had an appointment. Long story slightly short(lol) had to reschedule and wait. That's why the 4 stars.

Kevin was very helpful. He also assisted me in signing up for Home warranty.

Didn't arrive until 8:30 pm but did fix the freezer, thank god.

Nice Tech person! But regarding SEARS renewal washer insurance is way too expensive to renew. $200 for 1 year, $300.for 2 years, $500 for 3 years. I rather buy a new one if it breaks down. I think corporations rip off customers on insurance prices.

Andrew was the 3rd tech and hopefully last one because he installed the fan that should of been looked at by the 1st tech behind the fridge- he gets 5 stars. So far the walls are not burning hot on the fridge. The 3 stars are for the lack of being able to speak to a person that can help you troubleshoot like years ago, even chat is limited with AI help. I highly recommend a master protection agreement to cover these visits. Kicking myself for not renewing asap because I ended up paying $100 the 1st visit & 1 issue continued up to 3 visits.

Technician came within the time frame of service appointment, he did call me in the morning giving his name and confirming the service that needed to be done. Unfortunately, he did not clean my appliances as much as I hoped. I still saw lots of residue on the tub washer. I will run a wash and will see how it goes.
