Customer service is aweful. IA REMOTE IS NO HELP AT ALL. Not able to talk to a person. REPEATEDLY TRIED TO CONFIRM my appointment, to no avail.

The technician that went was not able to tell me what was the issue was with my fridge. He said it could be the fan or the computer that controls the fan. He proceeded to say price was going to be $400 for labor and additional $500 or $600 depending on the parts needed, but I was never given a diagnosis

I'm still waiting over a month to get my GE Profile washer/dryer service complete. My insurance company Assurant out source to Transform A & E Factory SVC LLC, which is Sears Home Services. My delay in completing my service is due to Mychael not correctly diagnosing the problem on 3/20/25. All parts were not ordered. Jose R. came to reevaluate the problem and ordered the correct parts. I informed Assurant and Sears not to send Mychael back based on his incompetence. Notes in file clearly stated this information. He showed up. Informed by Sears to decline him. Mychael stated service completed. NO!!! Sears was going to send someone else and they would take care of the problem. NO!! After calling back all insurances to deal with this problem. Weeks later they send a service report name Wendell J. He is schedule to arrive 8-12. Time change many times for arrival, but no from Wendell. At 11:48 am I see a A&E Service ( Sears) truck park across from my house, but quickly drive away. I get a calll from a 323 # at 12:33 pm asking if I was schdeuled for service from 8-12. I told him it's pass the schedule time. He said I needed to go to lunch. I need to reschedule. This is from a 5 stars. NOPE!!!! All this time I have informed all that this is a two man job. This need to be notated and that all parts have arrived. NOPE!! Talking to many people afterwards from Assurant Kennedy and Dillion ( floor supervisor) in consumer relations to deal with this problem. They talked to Tina at A& E to help. I already had a schedule time of 1-5 pm on 4/20, but now I'm told it will be from 8-5 ? NOPE. Time of 1-5 pm on 4/20 and Jose is due to arrive. After several times change, I get a call from Jose to informed me this is a two man job and will need to reschedule. He informed me nothing is notated that all parts have been delivered. I have told by Dillion from Assurant that there schedule (Sears) is done daily. NOPE! Now, I have a new schedule for 4/22 with a time of 1-5pm. Jose can't guarantee he will be the one returning. Jose is 4.6 stars, but should be 5 stars based on follow through from the past and present and trying to help out. Very disappointed with this. Customer service is nonexistent. SHAMEFUL!!!!

PLUS they take your credit card payment BEFORE the work is done-and NEVER RETURN with the ordered PART! Customer service will not help—they say they cannot refund. #theft #fraud

0 stars. Bad experience, previous tech ordered parts to get the dryer repair and technician that showed up today didn’t change the parts that were ordered and dryer is still making the same noise. He also left his trash behind. I am very disappointed.
