I purchased a 19.2V C3 combo pack that came with a reciprocating saw, two drills, flash light, and a hand saw. It came in a rollaway box. I purchased a couple of years ago. The batteries stop charging. So I call Sears service center that's inside Crenshaw mall. Spoke with Hayden, employee ID# 647347. I tried to get service quote for my 3 batteries. He was awful in service. He could not give me a quote nor could he direct me to someone who could. Nor could put me in touch with service center that could help me with this issue. The only thing he told me, "bring the batteries in and someone from our service center will be able to help you". I told Hayden this is my reason for calling you to get a price quote so I could know if it's reasonable to have repaired or just purchase new one's without having to come down there. Craftsman service is not what it use to be. That's why people I know do not bother with their products anymore. Moving on to Dewalt products.

Poor Service. Never came when they were suppose to. Appliance not fixed from previous service call. Horrible dealing with customer service

Paid $80 diagnostic fee for them to tell me exactly the same problem description I gave to them over the phone, and that I needed to replace a large FRU (entire burner unit) that comprised half the appliance for over $400 to resolve the issue. Maybe my expectations were too great, but I expected them to actually open the appliance and perhaps diagnose the individual component that needed replacement (ended up being a $15 coil).

My husband was home when the repair man "fixed the fridge". When he left my husband went to put he shelves in. They are now slanted inward and the food appears like it's going to cave in at any minute now. And the freezer now forms ice on the packages of food. Needless to say I'm not happy. And this was our 3rs repair.

Technician never showed up. Got to love these people.

Sears is the worse place to get service from. From setting up a service appointment, getting someone to arrive within the time frame, to the people on the other side of the phone line. I was always told there were no sooner appointments than a week or two from my call, then I would call back and the automated machine would give me an appointment within 2-3 days. I was always told I'd be on the 'sooner service' list and I'd be contacted if something sooner opened up, I was never contacted and I always found my own sooner appointments. I was told the technician would come and on several occasions they either moved the time or cancelled all together without notification. I called a million times before and during time of my appointments because it was the only way of pushing them to sort of do their job. Luckily I'm on maternity leave and I have the time to be home, but what person is going to lose so many days of work for a repair that is not being worked on, but promised. In total, I spent 2 months with a broken refrigerator because that's how long it took to figure anything out on Sears side. My 2 kids were living off an ice chest for 2 months. My baby who was discharged after his open heart surgery went home with medication that was supposed to be refrigerated and I threw his medication in an ice box. I told every worker about the urgency and nothing I said made a difference. I will never buy from Sears again with such horrible service and appliances. My refrigerator was only 2 years old when it broke down.

The technician came and did not repair the washer. Very disappointed with the service. Need another technician, a Sears technician, and not Appliance Repair technician. Our washer is out of order for a month already. Your immediate attention is greatly appreciated.

The service department that arranges the appts for the fridge, absolutely SUCKS! They make appts, don't keep them, and call you the following day to say they're on they're way... A DAY LATE. Then they argue with you that the appt is that day even though you have a voicemail confirming the time and date on which the appt is supposed to be. This office is based somewhere out of Glendale and they're ridiculous.

The tech walked into my home with a specific part in hand which he assumed would fix the problem. I advised him that the part had already been replaced to which he replied "then there's nothing I can do" and proceeded to charge me $80.00 Did not touch the machine; it took him longer to charge my card than anything else. Although the tech asked his boss if he could waive the charge given he's "only been here a minute". The supervisor refused. Just checked online and sure enough there are solutions to the error code on my washer machine. Someone should tell Sears.
