Service technician was on time and notified me prior to arrival. He immediately knew what the issue was with my dryer, contacted me and resolved the issue on the spot. We are very pleased with the technician’s professionalism and knowledge. We are pleased to have our dryer performance now!

The technician cleaned and serviced my clothes dryer. Was very professional, communicative, and friendly. My only complaint is that my washer is the one that REALLY needs service, and I didn't know until the dryer guy arrived that it would be two separate technicians. Washer guy isn't due until almost dinner time, and in the meantime my wet, soapy clothes are mouldering ...
