The technician cleaned and serviced my clothes dryer. Was very professional, communicative, and friendly. My only complaint is that my washer is the one that REALLY needs service, and I didn't know until the dryer guy arrived that it would be two separate technicians. Washer guy isn't due until almost dinner time, and in the meantime my wet, soapy clothes are mouldering ...

Very happy with Carlos. Worked well. Very knowledgably and friendly. I was NOT at all pleased with the new ROBOT phone system at Sears!! Very BAD! Unable to speak with a human. Only can answer the questions that ROBOT asked. Unable to get more information or get other topics. TERRIBLE ROBOT PHONE SYSTEM!!
