The technician was 2 hours over the time expected and it made me miss an appointmernt. Needed oven repaired for the holidays so I had to wait. He replaced the parts in a timely manner but he was so late.

A different technician ordered the parts than the technician that installed them. The washer does work but makes a banging noise when on spin cycle, I think it needs to rechecked. I will call but not pay another deductible.

I had a washing machine repair set up with Mike and he came out and diagnosed the problem. Told me it needed a new motor and logic board and would order them and install once they arrived. When it the box came it was missing the motor or it wasn’t installed. Mike returns to install and says the motor is missing I’ll reorder it and come back once it’s here. That was in January and when I looked into the issue I was told by the warranty company that the repair has been marked complete and closed. I said no there was a part missing. So, it was reopened and set for another repair appointment. The service person was set as Mike, and it was marked that he came by, but no one was home. I was home and he never showed - it was rescheduled twice and he never showed and it said it was fixed and completed. I have a box with a logic board that was not installed and needs a motor as well. Nobody takes my call so I’m leaving a angry post to tell people to not use them. I though Mike would do the right then but since he keeps marking the repair complete without showing up, I don’t know what to do at this point.

Terrible! It took 5 times for them to come out and fix our washer. Twice they canceled on us. Three times they ordered the wrong part. We went a month without our washer. Ended up buying a new one since we got tired of waiting.

There service is garbage 🗑️ charged me $900 for parts and labor. Parts came in and they never came to put the parts in. Now im stuck with the parts and lost my $900 dollars. I’m going to Sue Sear and have a lawyer reach out. This is absolutely ridiculous. They missed my appointment 2 times and now they won’t pick up.
