Terrible! It took 5 times for them to come out and fix our washer. Twice they canceled on us. Three times they ordered the wrong part. We went a month without our washer. Ended up buying a new one since we got tired of waiting.

There service is garbage 🗑️ charged me $900 for parts and labor. Parts came in and they never came to put the parts in. Now im stuck with the parts and lost my $900 dollars. I’m going to Sue Sear and have a lawyer reach out. This is absolutely ridiculous. They missed my appointment 2 times and now they won’t pick up.

Initial visit diagnosed the wrong issue. When he returned to install the ordered part, he discovered it was a different problem. He had to order a new part, and he came today to install it. He left, assuring us it works, yet the dryer still does not heat up, which was the problem we first called about. UPDATING: It's now worse. Fourth visit scheduled on Oct 1; technician never arrived. Called and rescheduled for Oct 2, but it was not entered into their system, and no technician is available today. Now I have to clear another day tomorrow, hope someone shows up, and hope they know now to fix the problem. I have filed for compensation under CA state law.

For The Past 2 Weeks I Have Lost All My Food Ever Since Isaac Was Here. Prior To That It Was Just My Ice Machine. Whatever He Did On That Visit I Now Have The ENTIRE Refrigerator Broken !!!!!!!! He Was Supposed To Do 1 Simple Thing And That Was To Take Pictures For VRS Dept. And Now He Ruined EVERYTHING.......

NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP, nothing is fixed and the customer service line is awful because it is of no help to anyone! To say I’m upset is an understatement.

If you live on base make sure the driver has car insurance or they won’t let them in. My service person canceled on me bc they drive around with no insurance.

Technician Adrian never showed up. The time kept changing from 8-12, to 1:21-2:48pm, to 4:54-6:19pm, to 8:36-10pm, to 8:54pm and hasn’t changed since snd it is now 9:15pm. I calked in to Sears around 5:10pm and they assured me he was on his way. This is horrible. It is for the air conditioner so go figure how hot it is and after literally waiting all day and evening. Also, he never even called or texted.

They were scheduled to finish the job today and then I get a note saying they were unable to complete the job. I got that note today. The last person who came out was nice and respectful unlike the first one that came out who was a bully. However I can't give a good review for someone who never completes a job nor communicates to explain why. Now I have to wait longer to have a job finished that was started in March. This is just not acceptable.
