If you live on base make sure the driver has car insurance or they won’t let them in. My service person canceled on me bc they drive around with no insurance.

Technician Adrian never showed up. The time kept changing from 8-12, to 1:21-2:48pm, to 4:54-6:19pm, to 8:36-10pm, to 8:54pm and hasn’t changed since snd it is now 9:15pm. I calked in to Sears around 5:10pm and they assured me he was on his way. This is horrible. It is for the air conditioner so go figure how hot it is and after literally waiting all day and evening. Also, he never even called or texted.

They were scheduled to finish the job today and then I get a note saying they were unable to complete the job. I got that note today. The last person who came out was nice and respectful unlike the first one that came out who was a bully. However I can't give a good review for someone who never completes a job nor communicates to explain why. Now I have to wait longer to have a job finished that was started in March. This is just not acceptable.
