Jose was polite, considerate and knowledgeable. He accessed the issue, made a recommendation, and gave an estimate for repair. I OK"ed the estimate and approximately an hour and half later I was back in service. Thank you, Jose.

Aaron is a very nice person. He knows what he is doing. Fixed our washer after several visits. My only disappointment is I was hoping the whole drawer with the laundry soap and softener would have been replaced.

Robert was on time. Provided information about my 1987 whirlpool washer. Quick fix and am grateful that Kenmore/whirlpool still had an antiquated part available. Would so use Sears technician again. My dryer is also a 1987 unit. Feeling grateful that my "antiquated Units " can still be repaired. Bless the technicians that still work with Old technology. Best day's to all JD
