Sounds great but at $130 for zip 95482 (Ukiah) to even get a consultation, to starting at another $300 not including the parts & extra fees it sounds like just buying a new or lightly used washing machine would be less worry. Repair guy sounded nice, bet it’s a great company but id rather just fix the whole machine, than pay fees that would cover the cost of a brand new one. By the end I’d have been paying up of $430 so the question is, is that worth an old machine? Or do you know someone who could fix it for cheaper, or just buy a new machine that probably won’t have issues for another year etc?

Horrible service. Scheduled service and way after AM time period, I was advised it had to be rescheduled. So.....rescheduled and they did the same thing again. No person to speak with and only AI via text. What a joke!

Sorry yet I need to be truthful. Our washer error code indicated an electrical error. The first tech on October 1st said it was the dispenser and charged us $480 for the part and upcoming repair. The second tech was scheduled for October 8th was a no show yet showed up on October 11th only to tell us the wrong part had been ordered and the needed part was no longer available. He also told us that the first tech was a refrigerator tech. In the end we paid $480 and received no repairs or receipts whatsoever. All calls are with foreigners with language barriers. I am requesting a refund and will be disputing the charge with our credit card company.

The phone robots are nuts! They scheduled me for an appointment which the tech cancelled on the day because he was a 4 hour drive away! I never got to talk to anyone local, I was diverted to an auto-booking system that set up a Bay Area tech to come here. Endless texts and phonecalls later, Still waiting to hear what - if anything- they'll do for me...
