Great service by the professional. But when it comes to the electronic communication, I feel that is worst I have seen. They cancel service on SMS without confirming if one really wants to cancel it. Multiple texts (showing different dates!) keep on coming even after the service is done. Multiple email regarding the service (as if the customer has nothing better to do).

I chose 1 star rating not five. Tech misdiagnosed problem with washer. Already charged $480.00 parts & labor. After 2 no shows 3rd time needed $500 more. I chose to buy new washer. The tech said everything will be cancelled he took parts back. I will receive e-mail within 2 days of credit. Week later no email. Their service center also sends out misleading emails. We are done with Sears.
