Gary was friendly to interact with. Sear's technicians are knowledgeable in their fields. I wish the appointment scheduling was more flexible in terms of getting appointments sooner than a 2 week turnaround time. And, I wished I would have been able to communicate with technician directly rather than having to go thru a contact center and waiting for updates to be inputted into system (which I have no way accessing anyway). I just had to have faith that all my messages were being relayed accordingly and that repairs were going to occur as they said they were going to occur. Thanks for the repair
