Our repair man Sam was great. My kids were interested in what he was doing, and he was very patient with them, pointing out parts of our washing machine and letting them see what he was doing. He communicated very clearly with me about what was wrong, about what my options were, and about what I could expect at every stage of the repair. Just a great down-to-earth person. We feel really lucky that he was assigned to our machine!

Great service, good communications with regard to technicians schedule and arrival times etc. knowledgeable tech changed the parts that they thought were the root cause. Unfortunately the first load of laundry we did after the repairs the washing machine was still leaking in the exact same manner as it was before the repairs. The issue was not resolved and we need a technician to come back out and continue to troubleshoot and find the issue.

Sears itself is the pits about keeping appointments. I am on the Sears Protect warranty program, scheduled appointments and was cancelled on twice before Patrick came. He has helped us with both a washer and a dryer issue, is knowledgeable and professional. We are very pleased with his repairs.
