My technician is the best. Shows up when he says he will, always pleasant. Gets the job done expeditiously and knows exactly what he is doing. If I could request him every time I would! Please acknowledge him.

My Home warranty always sends Sears repair over to fix any dishwasher issues that I have. I always appreciate their wonderful service! Most recently I had the pleasure of having Nick as my service technician. He was friendly and cordial, and went above and beyond! I am truly impressed & grateful. He figured out the problem quickly & fixed the issue. He was very sweet to my dogs, too. Bonus for that. 10/10!
