DO NOT USE SEARS AT HOME SERVICE I would leave a zero if I could. Sears is now a scam of a former company. Technician scheduled follow up service call for two weeks out, date past and no one called or showed up to the appointment. Then after spending an additional week trying to get updates and answers on a service and part I prepaid for. I was hung up on dozens of times by automated system with zero answers. I have also attempted to just cancel the order and receive a refund which yielded the same result. This has been beyond aggravating and has costed me hundreds in additional costs. DO NOT USE SEARS AT HOME SERVICE. Save your money and go some where else
