Our washer and dryer are covered by Costco's extended warranty service and I had to contact them because of an issue with our washer. So it turns out that Sears Appliance Repair is contracted by Costco for warranty service and Josh (Joshua) was the repair person who came over for the repair. Josh was very professional, knowlegable, and thorough and he made sure to leave no stone unturned so as to make sure the issue was resolved. My wife and I are very satisfied with the work he did and I would highly recommend them for appliance repair.
