Javier is a very honest technician and good communicator. Helped my dad (who is on a fixed income) with a simple refrigerator issue and did not try to upsell any unnecessary services.

First would like to thank Javier Peña for getting our washer fix, great job I wouldn’t hesitate to rate him at a 5 and beyond. He not only fixed the washer but took time to explain everything he did and explained what every part he installed what it’s purpose was He then had us throw a wash and made sure all cycles ran properly He asked if we had any questions before he left

Very polite,went right to work, found the problem, corrected it, and then showed me what I could do to make sure that it didn't happen again. He should have been wearing a Superman outfit. Great job, great service, and a great company!
