Very polite,went right to work, found the problem, corrected it, and then showed me what I could do to make sure that it didn't happen again. He should have been wearing a Superman outfit. Great job, great service, and a great company!

This Technician had my washer fixed. Had two previously come out from the same company And my washer is still not working. He also gave me a call, letting me know that my time wasn’t accurate on the website so I wasn’t waiting for him all day. neither of the other two did that. So he gets five stars from me.
