On Monday, I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday 1-5. No one called me to inform me that they had changed my Appointment to Wednesday. However, I logged on to Mondays text and noticed the change. On Wednesday, my technician called to advise of his arrival time and was very knowledgeable. Hopefully my appliance was properly fixed and will last a few more year.

Though it took three four visits to get it right it was not the fault of the technicians. The wrong parts were sent. The technicians were very polite and explained what they were doing. Great communicators.

Tech.arrived on time and was very professional. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to complete the repair due to an insurance issue. Very disappointed in the communication this company has with their customer. It appears that this company has gone overseas with the call center. It took a month for to attempt to complete task. Very frustrating.
