He did a really good job the only thing I wish he had done was replace the freezer drawers because I had a heck of a time getting them back into the unit. Other than that he did fantastic.

Only reason I give it a 4 is because parts got here soon enough for first appointment. However, it was reschedule for a week after. on the other hand washer problem was fixed
