Service technician was great but the overpriced compressor Lg side by side repair was disappointing. About $700 for labor and $600 compressor total approx $1,300. Estimate.

This technician never arrived and assumed the repair order was a previous one and took payment and lied about information he wrote in there. Never arrived to come see the problem I’m having with a garbage disposal. Worst technician ever. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I will be requesting payment of my monthly services I paid and I will never ever use sears warranty ever again. With dishonest technicians like this, why would I rely on sears home warranty? Nope. I’m done with sears home warranty.i continue to have issues as Sears Home Warranty continues to dispatch repair techs who do not show up. But pretend they did. All in order to take my money from the deductible. I had enough. I requested a refund and canceled my membership that was not honored. I am requesting a complete refund and Sears Home Warranty breach our contract and failed to perform on their end.

Don't waste your time with these idiots...wanted 750 dollars to fix a washer worth 200. The tech told me the company is going under...watch out!!! Buy a new one and save a lot of money

Sears use to be good. Now it's IMPOSSIBLE to call and talk to a human. They came to my home 3 times amd didn't fix my washer issue then canceled on me 3 times! Sears is horrible, dont waste your money

Horrible Service. Ordered a compressor and it turns out I did not need it. What started as a nine dollar return fee which is I was articulated On their website turned into a higher amount. It took me two days to finally find a live person who wasn't even from this country and hung up on me when I tried to negotiate getting my full refund back minus the $10 return fee. Never again..

I’m evaluating the service! According to the schedule and text messages and everything you guys had to show up las Friday and No one showed up during the entire day… then with out asking g me the technician visit was rescheduled for today Tuesday may 20 in the morning…. Again I was there waiting for you to show up and nothing … I had to leave to my work… later in the afternoon I did receive a phone call that the technician had arrived ! That’s UNACCEPTABLE!! Especially since I already paid for that service !! Very very disappointed.!!
