Technician was not well equipped l. He requested/used my hand held blower which doesn't even work properly. He also asked me for an extension cord. Asked my brother in law and mother in law to assist him by standing outside to see if there was steam coming out of the dryer vent on the roof. Which neither of those two people are certified to inspect or approve of such request. This Technician is now requesting the same part that had just recently been changed by the other Technician from sears within less than a month.

The technicians never show up when they say they're going to show up, they order all the wrong parts and take forever to fix your appliances. Terrible experience my technician Javier keeps canceling on me without even telling me and rescheduling. I called customer service. They are chest is bad. They don't help you out. They don't transfer you to the supervisor. They just hang up when you request to do that. I've been waiting for three weeks the technician Javier just comes to my house for five minutes does nothing and says my fridge will start working
