Rudy was the last of the THREE A&E/Sears dryer repair people who came within a 5 day period to address a heating issue with our dryer to actually do more than just take a sensor reading on a hand-held device then tell us the vent hose was clogged. After we hired two services to clean the vent, one before and one after the second A&E repair tech came, the problem was still not solved. Rudy then came, took the dryer apart, tested everything, and was able to determine we needed to replace our faulty gas . valve. Did it right.
